In the last months we had a problem with Cisco Jabber for Android and iPhone that could be solved now. The login into Cisco Jabber failed. A login loop (Android) or a crash (iPhone) was often the result.
If the problem occurs, it can now be solved by reconfiguring parallel ringing in the TISS-TUphone profile.
- Remove the checkmark at "Configured
- press "Save
- wait a short time
- Activate checkmark again
- press "Save" again
Enable mobility, if desired.
Then reinstall Cisco Jabber on the smartphone to ensure that the latest version is used. A login should now be successful and "Instant Messaging", "Phone Service" as well as "Voicemail" should be available. It should be possible to log in without a VPN.
