On the colab page (https://colab.tuwien.ac.at/display/ROOMINFO/Rauminformation), the adapted capacity plans are stored for all lecture-halls, which were developed in consultation with the occupational safety (Arbeitssicherheit). The capacities specified there must be strictly adhered to. Also the seating arrangement defined there, must be observed.
Only the rooms stored on the examination-plan of the colab page are allowed to be used for written presence tests.
Basically, the following scheme is used to create an exact seating plan for each lecture-hall, while complying with all of the specified safety measures:

1. every fourth seat and
2. every second row is occupied,
3. (Note from the occupational safety) Please try to create an exact list of the occupation of places. If a corona-disease-case occurs, all potential contacts to this case can be recorded from this list and all exam-participants can be informed as best as possible.
