Answer
Natively peerTube does not support multi-user accounts. In order to enable multiple users to manage a single account we established a work-around:
Create a functional account at TU.it with a permission group consisting of the people responsible for providing/uploading content. Next, make a request for an account via assystnet providing your desired username and the email address of your functional TU account. After the creation of the TUpeerTube account is confirmed, resetting your password is required (see How do i get an account?).
