If you encounter a problem in Jupyterhub, please contact datalab@tuwien.ac.at or create a ticket in our support portal!
- Please declare: Which course / notebook is it?
- What did you observe, and what should happen and why? Or, what feature would you like to have? Can you give the package name (apt, pip, conda) and version?
- Attach a helping hint such as the notebook file itself. Do not forget to indicate what is not correct. We do not work with certain technologies, nor we have the insights as you!
