In the settings of meetings, the checkbox "Enable waiting room"/"Warteraum aktivieren" can be activated. As a result, participants first arrive in a waiting room when entering the meeting. Hosts and co-hosts of the meeting can pick up participants from the waiting room and bring them to the meeting room.
