There are three options: - If you activate the checkbox "Recurring meeting"/"Wiederkehrendes Meeting" when creating the meetings, then all repeat appointments have the same meeting ID.
- With the checkbox "Use Personal Meeting ID" you declare that your personal meeting room is used. Therefore, all meetings that have this option activated, have the same ID.
- By revising the meeting room of a past appointment so that its date is in the future, the meeting ID of the previous meeting is retained for the new appointment.
Keeping the meeting ID number makes sense for courses in distance learning mode, since students do not have to remember or call up new meeting rooms all the time. |
