Besprechungsnotizen und Vorlagen

Durch die flexible Arbeitsumgebung kann das ganze Team einbezogen werden, ohne eine E-Mailflut auszulösen. In Besprechungsnotizen lassen sich Aufgaben notieren und gleich an die jeweiligen Verantwortlichen weiterleiten. Damit man das Rad nicht ständig neu erfinden muss, kann man Vorlagen individuell anpassen.

Kommentare, Blogs und Änderungshistorie

Dokumente können gemeinsam erarbeitet werden und über die Kommentarfunktion Textteile besprochen werden. Wer die Blog-Funktion nutzt, hält das Team mit Ankündigungen und neuesten Informationen am Laufenden. Alle Änderungen werden gespeichert und können über eine Änderungshistorie für jede Seite nachvollzogen werden.

Was ist TU coLAB?

Collaboration & Labor

Der Name TU coLAB beinhaltet die Begriffe „Collaboration“ und „Labor“. Es handelt sich um den Aufbau einer Kollaborations-Plattform im Rahmen der Digitalisierungsstrategie. Aufbau heißt hier auch,  dass man einen gewissen "Laborcharakter" des Sich-Entwicklens erwarten kann und soll - inklusive Verfügbarkeit nach dem Best-Effort-Prinzip. Wir erproben neue Anwendungsszenarien und versuchen, wie man den digitalen Wissensaustausch auch OE-übergreifend erleichtern kann; es werden Software-Erweiterungen und Betriebskonzepte getestet. Es entstehen Inhalte zur digitalen Transformation, Knowledge Bases, Communities und Projekt-Zusammenarbeit. Mehr über TU coLAB...

Meeting notes and templates

TU coLAB can make project collaboration easier – the flexible working environment allows the entire team to be involved without initiating a flood of e-mails. Tasks can be noted in meeting notes and forwarded to the people responsible for actioning them straight away. You can use templates and customise them, so that you don't have to keep reinventing the wheel.

Comments, blogs and change history

Documents can be developed together and elements of text can be discussed using the comment function. Anyone using the blog feature will keep the team up to date with announcements and the latest information. All changes are saved and can be tracked via a change history for each page, so no ideas are lost.

What is TU coLAB?

Collaboration & Laboratory

The name 'TU coLAB' is derived from the terms 'collaboration' and 'lab'. It is the construction of a collaboration platform as part of the digitalization strategy. 'Construction' here also means that you can and should expect a certain 'laboratory feel' to development – including availability according to the best-effort principle. We test new application scenarios and look into how to make digital knowledge sharing even easier across OUs; software enhancements and operational concepts are tested. Content is created on digital transformation, knowledge bases, communities and project collaboration. More about TU coLAB...
